The most frequently asked questions

The solution package offered is provided in the form of Software-as-a-Service. This means that the platform is hosted, maintained and continuously developed on Balu’s servers. The amount of the monthly license fee depends on the number of users and the booked modules.

After signing the contract, the onboarding process takes place, in which all further steps are discussed with our project manager. The platform will then be set up together.

 

The contracts are annual contracts that are automatically extended by another year if not canceled beforehand.

All services such as platform, modules, services or workshops will be discussed and defined together with you.

The integration of third-party systems is basically free of charge. Please note, however, that costs may arise for the use of the third-party software.

Naturally. Depending on your needs, you can adjust the number of users and the booked modules at any time up to the end of the contract period.

The solution is definitely compliant with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is processed exclusively in Germany and an order processing agreement is concluded with each customer.
